ROAST PORTAL TERMS OF SERVICE & PRIVACY POLICY

Throughout these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”), the terms “Roast Portal,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Roast Portal, a specialty coffee roaster, retailer, and subscription-service provider. By visiting our website or purchasing from us (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept every term below, you may not access the site or use any part of the Service.
We may update this Agreement at any time by posting revisions here. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. ONLINE STORE & SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Eligibility. By agreeing to this Agreement, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Legal Use. You will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Subscription Service.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the cadence you select (e.g., every two weeks).
- You can modify or cancel at any time before the next billing cycle through your account portal.
- By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.
Fraud & Abuse. Any breach of this Agreement may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Other than payment data (which is always encrypted in transit), content you submit may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.
4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
The content on our site is provided for general information only. We do not guarantee it is accurate, complete, or current. Reliance on any information on the site is at your own risk.
5. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE OR PRICES

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. All obligations incurred before termination survive, including payment obligations and indemnities.
16. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by applicable United States federal and state laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
17. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We may revise these terms at our sole discretion. The “Effective date” above will change when revisions are posted. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
